The officers who got sms intimation are requested to come to district office in person as early as possible to receive the cheque with receipt. Stamped receipt is necessary for amounts above Rs. 5000/-. Cheques will be distributed all working days except 20-05-2013

Agriculture Dept. is giving Best Dairy Farmer Award and Best Poultry Farmer Award.

All field officers aredirected to give wide publicity in your jurisdiction regarding the matter and invite applications till 31^st December 2012 and forward the received applications to the Principal Agricultural Officer, Civil Station, Kakkanad after scrutiny and recording milk yield/egg yield and details of farming along with recommendations before 15^th January 2013.
          Correct official name, postal address, nearest branch of State Bank of Travancore should be included in the application. Furthermore persons awarded in previous years will not be considered.
