Sweeping Area (Circular No. E1. 7344/11 dt. 1-8-2011)

The Sweeping Area of all institutions have to be assessed once in 5 years according to the criterias laid by the Govt. from time to time. It has been reminded vide circular no. E1-7344/11 dt. 1-8-2011. But only the following officers submitted the certificate yet. Hence all other except following officers are hereby once again requested to take necessary steps immediately to assess the sweeping area of their institution with the concerned PWD authorities and submit the certificates to District Office without further delay.

APO, RAIC, Aluva is requested to submit detailed report on decrease of sweeping area of ICDP Subcentre, Nagapuzha immediately.
