Ratification
All officers are
requested to submit the copy of the Administrative Sanction order issued from this office
of the concerned scheme, alongwith the detailed proposal for ratification. Head
of Account, Detailed Expenditure Statement, Report, Documents related to
purchases made, if any and connected vouchers with necessary certificates are essential in the proposal.
